Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes — for one‑on‑one coaching and the 12‑week intensive workshop. If cost is the only thing standing in your way, reach out. We can talk about scholarships or flexible payment options.

Do I have to be a Christian to join?

This is a Christ‑centred space. If you’re not a Christian, the best fit for you may be a local SA group (Sex Addicts Anonymous) or another addiction recovery group. We believe sobriety is possible without Christ, but true freedom can only be found through the supernatural healing and forgiveness that comes through Jesus’ blood shed on the cross.

What if I’ve tried groups or coaching before and it didn’t work?

That’s a common story. Many men have tried things that gave short‑term relief but not lasting change. What makes this different is the focus on relationships, vulnerability and story work. We don’t just treat symptoms — we dig into the deeper roots.

What if I’m not sure how “bad” my struggle really is?

That’s okay. You don’t have to be at a certain level of struggle to be here. What matters is your hunger for more freedom and more healing than you have today.

What happens in the first session or group meeting?

You’ll get a clear orientation so you know what to expect. The first time may feel uncomfortable — that’s normal. But you’ll quickly find that this is a safe, judgment‑free space where men are real with each other.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. What’s said in the room (or in coaching) stays in the room. The only exception is if there’s a safety concern involving harm to yourself or others.

Is anonymity guaranteed?

No. This isn’t a space built on secrecy — we don’t come in hiding or in shame. In the local group environment, anonymity can’t be guaranteed (someone may see you arriving). What is guaranteed is confidentiality: what’s said in the room stays in the room.

In one‑on‑one coaching, if anonymity is a special concern (for example, due to your role, family or work), I will do everything I can to protect your privacy. I understand that for some men, exposure could come with great cost, and I take that seriously.

Do I need to tell my spouse or partner?

While it’s not a requirement, many men find that being open with their spouse or partner about this journey can actually bring greater trust and connection. That said, every story is different, and you’ll never be pressured to disclose before you’re ready.

What’s the time commitment?

One‑on‑one coaching: you set the pace (typically weekly or bi‑weekly).
12‑Week Intensive: weekly sessions over 12 weeks.
Men’s Group: Mondays at 7 p.m., with an initial six‑month commitment.
